Creation of Hangouts

•If you are the original creator of a hangout, you are allowed to ask people to leave your thread. If they don't follow your instructions report them to a moderator.

•If you are unsure of a hangout name or discussion topic contact a moderator to discuss whether it is within the My Id rules.

•Any hangout that is inactive for more then one month will be locked then deleted.

•We ask that you please keep your hangouts in English. No matter how much you love xxx language, if the moderators can't understand what you're saying, then we can't make sure that you aren't saying something against the rules.

•If you want to make a xxx language hangout, you are still allowed to use a language other than English as long as it is accompanied by the proper translation. If it does not follow this guideline you will be warned, further abuse and the hangout will be locked then deleted.
